All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement presented at the time of booking confirmation or upon vehicle pickup. This document outlines the terms, conditions, insurance coverage, applicable charges, and your obligations for the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

3. Reservations and Payments

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, off-roading, or similar high-risk activities is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is also against our policy. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Do not exceed the specified passenger or weight limits, and ensure all travel remains within the agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
